You can delete your GOAT XI account and personal data at any time — directly in the app, or by email. This page explains how, what gets removed, and how long it takes.

Delete in the app (fastest)

- Open GOAT XI and go to the Me tab.
- เปิด GOAT XI แล้วไปที่แท็บ Me
- Tap Delete account.
- แตะ Delete account
- Confirm. Your account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.

Delete by email
ลบทางอีเมล
If you can’t access the app, email support@goatxi.app from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We may ask you to confirm ownership before we proceed.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove your personal data, including:

- Your account and login (email and authentication record).

What may be kept (anonymised)

To keep leaderboards fair and to prevent abuse, a small amount of data may be retained in a form that is no longer linked to you — for example, anonymised anti-abuse records. This data can no longer identify you.

How long it takes

Deletion is processed promptly and completes within 30 days. Backups are cycled out on a rolling schedule, after which no residual copy remains.
